Subscription Policy

Unfortunately we cannot cancel/pause/activate subscriptions customers have created on their own. If you want cancel/pause/activate  your subscription you must log into your account to cancel/pause/activate. Your subscription information can also be found at the bottom of your last order purchased (via email). If you do not cancel before the next subscription order occurs we cannot refund and or cancel due to your order already being processed and possibly shipped. Please fully understand canceling is the responsibility of the customer,Thank you.

To cancel a Seal subscription, log in to your account on the Seal Subscriptions customer portal, which you can access through the link provided in your subscription emails, and then navigate to the "Subscriptions" section to manage and cancel your subscription there; you can also contact Seal directly for assistance

  • Go to the "Subscriptions" section: Once logged in, navigate to the area where you can manage your active subscriptions.
  • Select your subscription and cancel: Choose the specific subscription you want to cancel and follow the on-screen instructions to terminate it.
